Our No-Worry Guarantee

• If you’re not satisfied with our work, simply let us know within 7 days of service.

• We’ll return promptly to fix the issue at no additional cost.

• If we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we’ll issue you a service credit to use on a future visit.

Refunds

Because our services are time- and labor-based, cash refunds are generally not provided. Refunds are only issued if:

• A scheduled service was not delivered, and

• We are unable to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

Fair Use

Our Guarantee is meant to give you confidence—not to cover situations outside our control (such as pre-existing damage, misuse of equipment, or work requested outside your plan or agreement).
