Choose from our Small and Large Task Menus during your OAKRAA maintenance plan visits. Designed for safety, comfort, and peace of mind for older adults and their families.
Maintenance visits are task-based, not hourly
Each plan includes a set number of Small and/or Large Tasks per visit
Tasks are selected before or at the start of each visit
Materials are not included and are billed separately
Some tasks require advance notice due to tools, ladders, or materials
Task Menu Flexibility
The task menus on this page highlight common examples of the work completed during OAKRAA maintenance plan visits. They are not an exhaustive list.
The OAKRAA technician onsite has final discretion to determine whether a requested task not listed may be completed as a Small or Large Task, based on the estimated time required, task complexity, site conditions, and the technician’s skills and competencies.
Typically under 30 minutes
Simple, single-step work
Completed using standard handyman tools
Step-stool height work only
Typically 30–60 minutes
More involved or multi-step work
May require setup, troubleshooting, or coordination
Ladder work or specialty tools must be noted in advance
Task classification depends on time, complexity, and site conditions.
Final task classification is determined by the technician onsite.
OAKRAA’s task menus prioritize fall prevention, visibility, and everyday usability — helping older homeowners stay safely in their homes longer.
